What You Will Be Responsible For

The Senior Account Executive operates at the highest level of individual production at Fazio. You are not learning the fundamentals. You are applying advanced deal knowledge, handling complex seller situations, and closing the kinds of deals that define what this acquisitions team is capable of. You lead by example every single day and the standard you set is the standard the team sees.

Personal Production
  • Carry a full personal deal load across DTS, DTA, and Closing Assistance lead types at the elevated standard expected of this tier
  • Handle complex deal structures including creative finance, novations, subject-to, and hybrid acquisitions with confidence and precision
  • Submit a minimum of 15 qualified written or verbal offers per week with accurate data, comps, and structured solutions
  • Negotiate and close a minimum of 3 deals per month targeting assignment fees that reflect the elevated standard of this role
  • Identify and execute the right exit strategy for each deal and structure win-win terms for sellers, agents, and Fazio
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records in ReSimply with same-day logging of all activity, offers, and follow ups
Advanced Negotiation and Deal Structuring
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations that require advanced understanding of seller psychology, creative solutions, and deal structure
  • Underwrite acquisition opportunities with accuracy and propose solutions that create real value for the seller and strong margin for Fazio
  • Handle advanced objections including price hesitation, competing offers, agent comparisons, and complex emotional seller situations
  • Structure and execute creative finance opportunities including novations, subject-to, wraps, and hybrid strategies where appropriate
  • Support Closing Assistance deals from the JV team as a specialist closer where experience and authority are needed to get the deal done
Team Contribution
  • Serve as an informal mentor to Account Executives through example, availability, and willingness to share what works in difficult situations
  • Support escalations from AEs when a deal needs a more experienced hand in a backup capacity
  • Contribute to the daily Acquisitions huddle with energy, insight, and constructive input that elevates the team
  • Model the cultural standard of the Acquisitions department through conduct, performance, and consistent accountability
  • Participate in call reviews and coaching sessions that sharpen the team's overall performance
CRM and Reporting
  • Maintain 10 or more hours of recorded seller talk time per week with a focus on quality conversations and advanced negotiations
  • Log all activity, notes, offers, and follow ups in ReSimply CRM same day without exception
  • Attend the daily Acquisitions huddle every day and contribute at a level that reflects your experience
  • Collaborate with the Transaction Success team to ensure a smooth contract to close handoff on every deal
  • Communicate with Dispositions proactively on deal readiness, pricing context, and any seller nuances that affect the assignment
  • Escalate deal strategy questions and complex negotiations to your VP or Director with full context and a recommended approach

How We Measure Performance

A Senior Account Executive at Fazio is measured by the quality and volume of what they close and the example they set in doing it. You will know you are excelling when your monthly deal count is consistently at or above 3 closed deals, your assignment fees are trending toward the higher end of the range, your CRM is spotless, and the AEs around you are performing better because of your presence on this team.

Availability and Compensation

Real estate does not always operate on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. While this role is not structured to demand evenings or weekends, there are occasions where light activity, a time-sensitive message, or a deal update may surface outside of standard hours. This is the exception, not the rule. That said, we want to understand your flexibility and your commitment to the mission.

Compensation Overview

This is a performance-based contracted role. Compensation is earned per deal closed with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities tied to volume, speed, accuracy, and the experience you create for every party involved. Senior Account Executives at Fazio typically earn between $4,500 and $10,000 per month based on a minimum of 3 closed deals per month. High performers closing above that volume or at higher assignment fee levels earn well above that range. Full compensation details are shared during the interview process.
