Sr. Account Executive

The Sr. Account Executive is the proven individual producer in the Acquisitions department. You operate at an elevated flat commission rate, handle complex negotiations, and set the production standard for the team around you.

This role is for experienced acquisitions professionals who want a clean structure, a serious team, and compensation that reflects what they are actually capable of producing. You mentor junior reps and serve as the benchmark in the department.

• Work live seller and agent leads with a focus on complex deal types including creative finance, probate, foreclosure, and subject-to structures
• Negotiate and secure contracts at a senior level across multiple markets
• Mentor Account Executives through difficult negotiations and deal structuring challenges
• Submit a minimum of 15 qualified offers per week and maintain consistent seller talk time
• Log all interactions and deals in ReSimply CRM same day
• Contribute at a senior level in the daily Acquisitions huddle and deal reviews

• Proven track record in real estate acquisitions, wholesale, or sales negotiation
• Experience with complex deal types including creative finance structures
• Leadership presence -- you elevate the people around you
• Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management habits
• High standard for personal accountability and production consistency
