We are looking for someone who already knows, and is ready to do it at a higher level on more complex deals with bigger numbers.
The Senior Account Executive is an elite individual producer. You carry a full deal load, handle advanced deal structures, and operate with the autonomy that comes with having already demonstrated your ability to perform. The path from here leads directly to VP of Acquisition Strategies.
You have already proven you can perform. What we are looking for now is the closer who is ready to operate at a higher level on more complex deals, handle situations that require experience and creativity, and lead by example without being asked to.

The Account Executive is the entry point into a clearly defined growth track at Fazio. High performers are developed toward Senior Account Executive and then VP of Acquisition Strategies. We build from within and the closers who execute with consistency and integrity here do not stay at one level for long.

The Senior Account Executive operates at the highest level of individual production at Fazio. You are not learning the fundamentals. You are applying advanced deal knowledge, handling complex seller situations, and closing the kinds of deals that define what this acquisitions team is capable of. You lead by example every single day and the standard you set is the standard the team sees.
A Senior Account Executive at Fazio is measured by the quality and volume of what they close and the example they set in doing it. You will know you are excelling when your monthly deal count is consistently at or above 3 closed deals, your assignment fees are trending toward the higher end of the range, your CRM is spotless, and the AEs around you are performing better because of your presence on this team.
This role requires demonstrated real estate sales or acquisitions experience. You are not starting from zero here. Beyond experience, what we require at this level is non-negotiable.
